Dear Needlepoint Lovers the world over,

     Here it is, a year and four months have passed since I moved North to Sonoma County.  I still love it.  Amazingly enough, it takes me less time to get to work (flying to LAX) then it did to drive to Santa Monica from Huntington Beach, go figure...

     A student of mine is really interested in locating and purchasing the two architectural pieces from William and Assoc.  The designs are about 16 x 16 inches on 18 canvas with columns, black and white floor and greenery.  If you have them and are willing to sell, please call.  I will connect you with the lady that is searching for these two exquisite pieces of needleart.

     Meghan Brennan is realizing a life long dream of having a beautiful needlepoint store located in Santa Monica.  I will be teaching there on Tuesday nights, three classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Privates will be offered before and after classes and from 9am to 6pm every other Sunday.  A huge thank you goes to all my students that drove down to Newport Needlepoint for class prior to Coast opening.  See you at Coast.

     I am madly stitching on the Christmas purse I will be teaching at Newport Needlepoint.  Please join us for a fun day.  The holiday purse has five Christmas gifts, all fun stitches with bows galore and  very unique background.  The hand painted canvas on 18 mesh will be presented with a complete stitch guide, along with a color picture.  The other two workshops at the Regal Rabbit and Coast are being selected as I type.  We are looking forward to having you join us....at all three locations!

     The canvas of the month club is really getting a good response at the Regal Rabbit.  Thank you for all your support. The Kelly Clark 12 Days of Christmas canvases are so cute and easy to stitch.  I am just lucky to have the stitch guides ready a month ahead of time.  The ladies who signed up for this year are already asking what we are doing next year.  For those of you out of the Windsor area who would like to see them, call the Regal Rabbit (707-838-0220) and they will be happy to email you a picture.

     Peggy at Newport Needlepoint holds a "Christmas Ornament of the Month" class the first Friday of every month.  These ornaments are from many different designers.  You can join the group any time.  She also has the past months available.  Just give her a call - 949-650-8022.

     Trunk shows are a wonderful way for the stores to have all of one designer's canvases for show and tell and to sell.
