Her pantaloons

Half the fun of this class is wandering through the store with David while he looks at the canvas and picks stuff out that catches his eye. He is amazing with what he puts together. And he uses a wonderful variety of yarns and stitches. For example her pantaloons are done in Orange Gold Rush - unraveled (he says it unravels anyway so just go with it) and then doubled with the stitch over three threads. Switched directions for the other side of her coat. Then the yellow section has a cross stitch in perle cotton 5 over 3 threads and french knots in between. I love the detail.
